Bout of Books Read-a-Thon Limerick Challenge! 08.14.2012

Bout of Books Read-a-Thon Limerick Challenge!

08.14.2012

By Zara D. Garcia-Alvarez / @ZaraAlexis

Thanks to Ellie at Curiosity Killed the Bookworm for hosting this Limerick Challenge!

In between reading a few pages, creasing my bookmark, and slurping a second cup of coffee, I came up with this little dig:

Oh, Blogger—the stress of all your duress!

The giveaways, the memes, the buttons—the mess!

Is it an ARC, a galley…or a complete book?

Hardcover, trade paperback, Kindle or Nook?

Read-a-Thon and read it fast! Review is due, 5 stars or less!

I could probably spend all day making up limericks, but I’d much rather read! And so, off I go to check out today’s next challenge…and to return to a few more pages of The Red House by Mark Haddon, which I hope to finish tonight!
